Copic colouring at the cabin

Hi lovelies!
We're on our last day of this year's winter break and have arrived back home from a wonderful week up in our cabin in the mountains.

While the boys hit the slopes, I got some time to practise colouring with my Copic markers. I know I have a long way to still, but I'm having so much fun with it!
Here are the images I coloured this time:

Images from LDRS Saturated Canary and Stampotique.

Our cat Findus kept a close eye on me when I coloured..

Here's a few pics from the wintery scenery:

Wishing you all a lovely day!
Thanks for stopping by.

Pink and purple birthday card

I'm currently recovering from surgery, and I'm finally able to make something in my craft room again, as long as I take it easy. I'm so thrilled!

So here's a simple birthday card I made for my son's friend Ida, who's celebrating her 5th birthday this weekend.

The stamp is Stampotique, designed by Kate Crane. I've coloured it with Prismacolors and added Distress Stckles to the wings and Glossy Accents to the heart. The letters are from by the alphabet called Katie, by Quikutz.

Thanks for stopping by!

Christmas in July

Hi all!
It's time for another challenge over at Mixed Media Mojo. The challenge is Christmas in July, with Santa as the twist.

I made this aj page with minimum supplies, as I was on a trip. All supplies I brought with me were my Inktense pencils, a waterbrush, gluestick, black and white pens and my journals. I bought a magazine and searched for an image fitting the theme. I found a picture of lovely British brick houses - perfect! So I coloured in a stamped image from Stampotique, cut the little fellas out and stuck everything down on my background. I then added the words which I had stamped ready before I left home.

So here's my page!

Thanks for looking! Be sure to join us at Mixed Media Mojo!
