Another wedding card

I'm finally set in my new crafting space - up in the garage attic! Yeeeey!

This is the first card I made up here in my "room with a view"..

Summer means weddings, and here is another wedding card from me:

 I've used a lot of the same elements as the last card, even the same picture.

..That's what you do when you find something that you like.. lol!

This time I made it in purple, though.

This fortnight we want to see projects that relate to "water" over at the Southern Girls Challenge. Here's my DT contribution. 

This time I wanted to create something different. So I decided to make a new page in my art journal...

July is almost over, and it's time for me to reveal my version of the July tag, inspired by Tim Holtz'.

My tag is quite different from Tim's, but the techniques are the same.

I had so much fun with the alcohol ink splatter technique!

..I've also added some doodling and writing, to give an art journal feeling to it.

Wedding card

A friend of my mother in law is getting married this summer, so I offered to make a card she could give them. I decided to make a card of one of the June tags I made earlier.

Here's the result!

Feeling a bit dylusional..

Yesterday I made three tags using different deliciousness from Dylusions. 

They are for three lovely ladies who work in my oldest son's kindergarten as he is leaving for another one after his summer break.
These ladies are so caring, enthustiastic and brilliant that they certainly deserve a special thank you.

I decided to use these wonderful decoupage sheets from Fred, She Said Designs, called Butterfly Doodledallion.

I made this gift bag for my brother in law who had his birthday earlier this week. I figured that a boring present (two Björn Borg boxers and some chocolate) needed a not so boring wrapping...!

Today I finally found the time to make this month's tag from Tim Holtz' 12 tags of 2012 series. OK, so I still haven't completed April and May yet, but they'll come eventually.. lol

This month Tim took us through tinting black/white photographs to make them look more vintage. He even shared this cute image of a little girl with her bear, which I chose to use for my tag. Thanks, Tim! :)

Jeg bare MÅ dele kuppet jeg gjorde på Minneriket i Ski med dere.. Dessverre skal butikken legge ned. Synd, for det var en flott butikk med hyggelige ansatte. Det betyr at det bare er Panduro igjen av hobbybutikker her i området (såvidt jeg vet), og Panduro er jo... vel, Panduro.

Menmen, tilbake til saken!

 Pondering Petunia is such a lovely figure, so I've used her on this card too.. This card is for one of the employees at my oldest' kindergarten, who unfortunately is leaving to work somewhere else.
